We present a rare case of a 3-year-6-month-old boy with recurrent abdominal pain and intermittent vomiting, ultimately diagnosed with chronic intestinal obstruction due to a mesenteric lipoma. Imaging and laparotomy confirmed the diagnosis, and enucleation of the lipoma resulted in complete recovery. Histopathological analysis confirmed a benign lipoma. This case highlights the importance of considering rare etiologies such as mesenteric lipoma in pediatric patients presenting with nonspecific gastrointestinal symptoms.
